We shall be refunding you the full or partial amount, depending upon the reasons for your return and our corresponding policy. The money shall be refund directly on your bank account that you'll have to send us at support@wishalley.com
No problem. WishAlley has a site-wide return policy that states that a buyer may return an item for some specific reasons by contacting the shop within 48 hours of receiving the item. Refer to our Returns Policy here. Our policy includes a helpful step-by-step guideline to ensure a smooth return process, and a pleasant buying experience.
On occasion, the shipper may update your delivery status a day early in anticipation of its final delivery. If you have not received a notice, or your package is still not delivered on the following business day, please check with members of your household, neighbors, apartment/office managers first to see if someone accepted the package for you. If you are still unable to locate your package, please feel free to shoot us an email on support@wishalley.com
